Nellis SpeakingJames W. Nellis II is a National Speaker & is the CEO of a Real Estate Team in Washington DC & Northern Virginia. Nellis along with his family runs a successful Real Estate business that averages over 150 homes sold every year.

Nellis has been a featured speaker for NAR (National Association of Realtors), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), Star Power Success Summits & Annual Star Power Conference.

He also established a new way to train and educate youth in his local area. Nellis established the Leadership Training Institute (LTI) with the primary focus of enabling high school students to embrace a position of leadership with a foundation of serving others.

Carson-Newman College Young Alumnus Award presented in 2008. Nellis graduated Carson-Newman College with a double major in Psychology and Religion in 1998.
