Meet James Nellis

James W. Nellis II is a National Speaker & is the CEO of a Real Estate Team in Washington DC & Northern Virginia. Nellis along with his family runs a successful Real Estate business that averages over 150 homes sold every year. Nellis graduated Carson-Newman College with a double major in Psychology and Religion in 1998.

James Nellis is a CRS Instructor, a prestigious position with less than 25 National Instructors inspiring and educating the elite Realtors of the Industry.

CRS is recognized as the premiere designation within Real Estate that requires both production (home sales) and education (core classes to further empower Realtors to work with their clients), and it has been a valuable resource of knowledge, experience and a network of Realtors throughout the Country for referrals.

Nellis has been a featured speaker for NAR (National Association of Realtors), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), Star Power Success Summits & Annual Star Power Conference.

He also established a new way to train and educate youth in his local area. Nellis established the Leadership Training Institute (LTI) with the primary focus of enabling high school students to embrace a position of leadership with a foundation of serving others.
